Personal Profile

I graduated from Bournemouth in 2006 after studying Software Engineering. I decided to combine my new knowledge with the self taught technologies of the web, and enter the world of web development and all that it entails.

My experience is predominantly as a PHP developer using the LAMP stack and I've also worked on large projects using Ruby & Python. I specialise in back-end development with strong competency turning PSDs into W3C compliant XHTML/CSS and debugging Javascript.

I have worked full time in both large and small marketing agencies in teams ranging from 2 to 12 developers. In this capacity I have worked in project teams of various sizes alongside designers, creatives, account and project managers, clients and many more.

As a person I like to knuckle down and work hard, but I don't take life too seriously. I enjoy learning new things and travelling. I think skinny is better than baggy. I must also remember to call Mum more.
